Kingspan Klargester powers ahead with winning warranty campaign

by | Aug 5, 2021

With a reputation for long-standing reliability, with silent and odourless performance, Kingspan Klargester’s BioDisc® sewage treatment plant models are widely installed in off-mains homes across Ireland, offering customers peace of mind all year round. Designed with 65 years’ experience, products in the Klargester BioDisc® domestic sewage treatment plant range come with a seven-year warranty when registered online*.

This month, Kingspan Klargester launches its latest initiative to reward customers – the Winning Warranty with Kingspan campaign – which is now live and running throughout the remainder of 2021. With monthly prizes up for grabs, including staycation vouchers and merchant vouchers, the campaign is open to builders and homeowners.

To be in with a chance of winning, customers must register their Kingspan Klargester warranty from any BioDisc® domestic product installed in 2021, with only one registration permitted per product.

Steve Murphy, Kingspan Klargester Commercial Manager, Ireland and GB North, says: “After such a challenging year for everyone, we really wanted to reward our customers whilst supporting the local economy through our prize fund, which includes monthly staycation vouchers worth £500/€600 and vouchers for local merchants.

“We created the Winning Warranty with Kingspan campaign to encourage installers and homeowners to register their BioDisc® systems – an extremely important element in ensuring the optimal efficiency of our BioDisc® products during their lifetime. By registering your product, homeowners can enjoy a seven-year extended warranty period, delivering peace-of-mind that their sewage treatment plant is future-proofed and working to its optimal performance.”

There are significant benefits to homeowners in activating their warranty.  In addition to replacement parts should they be required (for fair wear and tear only), there’s also free expert technical support from the Kingspan Klargester Service team and no disruption or downtime needed for maintenance or repairs.

The Kingspan Winning Warranty campaign is now open to all customers who have installed a BioDisc® domestic product in 2021. Each warranty registered will receive a complimentary entry to the monthly prize draw. The sales team will spin the new Kingspan Winning Wheel on behalf of winning customers to win one of three fabulous prizes.

The live draws will be broadcast on Kingspan Water & Energy’s Facebook page, and winners will be informed of their prize following the live draw. Steve adds: “We hope to see many builders and homeowners registering their warranties in the months ahead, and I look forward to sending the winning prizes to our customers throughout Ireland.”

Following a difficult 18 months for communities across Ireland, the Winning Warranty with Kingspan campaign will reward customers with a little joy, whilst benefitting the local economy. The campaign has also been designed to reinforce that safety and compliance are paramount when maintaining a sewage treatment plant.
