Summer calling at Croke Park for Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity Ireland

by | Feb 22, 2022

With construction springing into action in 2022, it won’t be long until those long summer evenings come calling. And this May, in the historic surrounds of Croke Park, The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity Ireland will host its Summer Lunch.

The construction lunch will take place on Thursday, May 26 from noon to 5pm. Over 400 guests from across the industry will join together to support and champion the work being done to challenge mental health stigma in the sector and support those most in need of help.

CIF members can take part in this special afternoon of networking and entertainment with their industry peers, all while raising much needed funds for a very worthwhile cause. All proceeds from the lunch will go directly towards the great work the Lighthouse Club does to support the members of the Irish construction industry who are most vulnerable.

Founded in 1956, The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families. The charity receives no public funding and relies on the generosity of those within in the industry to help it continue its vital work.

As part of the event, discounted hotel room rates are also available at the adjoining Croke Park Hotel. For further information on the Summer Lunch or to book a table please contact:
