The University of Limerick on-campus accommodation boasts 2,700 bedrooms, 1,500 of which are ensuite. Located on 330 hectares of beautiful parkland campus and just 10 minutes from the city centre, the Fáilte Ireland Accredited serviced apartments have proven to be the perfect solution for those seeking accommodation for Construction and Engineering project teams working in Limerick.

The apartments are available from May 30 to August 23 this summer. Speaking on the rise in demand for availability, General Manager, Campus Life Services, Aishling Casey said, there are a huge amount of construction and engineering projects underway in Limerick and there has been difficulty in the past securing affordable longer stay accommodation.

Our accommodation offering means you have the comfort of a ‘home away from home’ in our modern and comfortable apartments with full living and kitchen facilities. The University of Limerick Campus also offers a great choice of restaurants and cafés within walking distance of the residences.

The apartments do not need to be booked for the full duration of the summer. For those visiting Limerick on business, shorter stays are offered, including requests for accommodation for re-locating employees while they wait to move into their new home.
